Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, Woodhouse Collection will replace or refund your items against manufacturer defects for up to one year. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that special orders, including monogramming and custom made items from our Custom Designs section are noncancelable and nonreturnable.
